We are unable to offer a free returns service from the following remote locations and islands. You will need to return the items from these locations via your local postal service at your own cost.

BT, FK20, GY, HS, IM, IV41-56, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-78, PH33, PH3644, TR21-25 and ZE.

Orders are sent DPD Next Day delivery excluding Highlands and Islands where the service is 2 days.

All orders to Canada are shipped with duties and taxes included. Should you wish to return your order, duties and taxes will be fully refunded to Canadian customers.

We are currently unable to refund duty paid on goods being returned from the United States as we are unable to get this refunded by US Customs. 

· Delivery times are estimated, and timeline commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date the order is placed.

· Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

· Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

· Please note shipping may take longer than stated during peak and sale periods.

· Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

· All orders are shipped from the UK.

· Any customs duty, import tax and any local clearance fees are included in the Shipping price in the checkout

· We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

· Once you have received a despatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order from despatch to your doorstep.
